Make X25 Analytics colorblind friendly

In X25 Analytics, there were 2 reports (Schedule Distribution and Passing Times Traffic) that appear to not be colorblind friendly. My recommendation would be to allow us to alter the colors of the Schedule Distribution report. For the Passing Times Traffic report, the arrows are great, but the legend just has colored squares. If the legend had arrows, that would work a lot better.
