Include Instructor in Section Analytics

There are a lot of import things related to Instructor when looking at Section data. This would allow us to do somethings that we currently have to build database reports from our SIS for. Some reports that would be helpful to go along with this would be instructor conflicts. Try and catch of an instructor is somehow scheduled to be in two places at the same time. Also, Instructor distribution, see how far apart an instructors is scattered.
