Option to pick a layout when assigning from Optimizer results

When results are assigned after an Optimizer run, include layout information on the reservation so that it can be used in reports and other setup needs.

This would be extremely helpful right now with all locations having a "covid" layout that's currently the default but we're also assigning for future terms when we need to be using "real" layout/capacity. If there was a way to specify what layout to use before even running the Optimizer that would be a huge help - like in the next few weeks :-/
