Define Alternative Organization Partition Preferences on a Section-by-Section Basis

A section might have different partition needs than its formal department's partition preferences. For example, "Math for Music Majors" might be technically coded as a MATH class, but need to remain in a room falls within MUSC's partition preferences.

I wonder if having an option to setup partitions on contacts/instructors then allow this to override might be a good way to do this. Otherwise LYNX would need to have a table for sections and be able to map the partitions there.

It would be very helpful to setup partitions for instructors somehow. Instructors with long term disabilities could be placed in a particular building and wouldn't have to be placed manually.
