Ability to Assign Rooms to Instructors
Ability to tell the system if a certain instructor needs a room, building, or feature for ADA needs that is remembered each term.

Pamela MasonI think the most flexible way to do this would be is you could set a Location search for usable location for a contact. This could then be used similar to how Organization location partition preferences are used. Location Partitions don't work because because a location cannot be in more than one partition and in this case you need to select what location they can use by other criteria like has feature of ADA complaint. Long term it might be better to change Location Partitions to Searches. If you had a user account for Partition searches this would make it easier.

Valerie CampbellI can't upvote this enough. We have several faculty in need of accommodations. In our former scheduling software, we were able to set a preference that said "always have Professor J in Building A" and it did it. Now, with 25Live, I am going to have to manually place those courses before we run the optimizer. Or, remember to go back and shuffle things to ensure that Professor J is in the proper place.
We would also use this feature with faculty that hate specific buildings/rooms and were able to say "do not place Professor C in Building P"
